[PaQSO] PAQP Writelog Users - Namedmul.ini Problem

Writelog users:

The message below is from the Writelog Reflector.  It discusses an update to
the "namedmul.ini" file, which contains multiplier definitions for contests
supported by Writelog.  In studying the update, it appears that the file
does not contain the correct information on VE multipliers for the PAQP.  I
have sent Jerry a note describing the problem so that he will hopefully
correct it in the next release.

All,

With the Minnesota QSO Party and North American Sprint coming up in a
little over a week, it is worth mentioning that there is an updated version
of the namedmul.ini file on the Writelog web site under downloads.

I updated this file using the 2003 rules (or 2002 where not yet available)
for the following contests -

The ARRL 160m, 10m, Roundup, DX and Sweepstakes
The CQ 160 and RTTY
The North American Sprints
The North America QSO Party
The California, Florida, Minnesota, Texas and Pennsylvania QSO Parties

I will coordinate future changes to this file as needed
