Hint: When I get an IRC, I put the 80 cent stamp on the return, keep the IRC and send it to the next out of country contact I make. To buy an IRC it's $1.75 but a stamp is only .80 If you do a lot of DXlng, it saves money. 73's and happy dxing. Ron...K3MI
