Don't worry too much if you get a bounce message indicating an email you 
sent had the KLEZ worm in an attachment.  One thing that KLEZ does is send 
out emails with forged "from" addresses, so you may not have been the one 
who actually sent the infected message.  Keep your anti virus up to date 
and busy scanning your email and you are probably OK.  If you want to be 
sure, the Symantec pages have a good write up on the KLEZ variations and 
how to deal with them.
