K2NJ, Bill Inkrote, volunteered to prepare and pay for the W3FRC
Certificates.  Please direct your thanks to him.  [email protected]  He
was one of the operators.

Please correct the FRC name.  It is Frankford Radio Club, not "Franklin".
Many make that error.  It is named after the Frankford section of
Philadelphia, where the Club was founded 75 years ago, in 1927.  FRC is
seeking more contesters as members.  If interested please visit the FRC
