[PaQSO] Summer Meet and Greet

I'm all for the Lewistown event.  Been through the area a time or two.  Nice 
place.  Will likely make their fest even if the "Meet & Greet" doesn't happen 
there.  If I remember right, Lewistown is not that far from State College & 
NARC.
