Howdy Guys
and thanks Mike and Chuck for an early peek at the
scores. I am sure it was a record year for logs. Lot of
big signals out there. Good to see that many logs listed
this early.
Thanks to the 1654 Qsos from the CARBON Co regulars
from that once rare county. Great job Mark N3GNW for the
526 Qs portable operation !! That is quite a portable
effort from Palmerton (?) Carbon co. One cq from K3II and
you woulda been cooked!!! Nice work.
I could go for a get together east and west. My
vote goes for Bloomsburg because of easy access and site
(decent fest too!!). West would be Harrisburg as the timing
is right as I rarely get west of the Susquehanny.
2004 going multi-op somewhere. House still
hasn't had the finishing touches put on....need porch
railings, doors....new roofing material in April and then
all antennas get put back up to 40 ft. No more Hung-one-lo
antennas. They don't work. Heard a lot of big signals
though. Still like to know where all those 40m and 80m
stations were. Guess it is time for that new rig!!
