Sounds like a wonderful idea! As for hamfests in EPA in a "centralized"
area, two decent-sized 'fests come to mind, Wilkes-Barre and Bloomsburg. The
WB hamfest is of course the larger of the two, but Bloom has a very nice
fest with  a)  easy access to I-80 and b) a much more centralized location.
Not to mention plenty of space if your in the mood to do some tailgating!!.
If my memory serves me right, I believe it to be in June, 2nd weekend??  Not
sure on the date, but I know it is a couple of weeks before Field Day. My
vote in EPA would be Bloom.
