[PaQSO] PA QSO Scores

"Preliminary" as opposed to "final"....the folks who work the scores and the
log submissions perform a valuable service to the contesting community. It
has been only two months, let's give them some credit rather than criticism.
Getting this much data "out" to the entrants this early is fantastic!
