[PaQSO] Bonus Points Station

We are still in need of a bonus points station (BPS) for the 2003 PA QSO 
Party.  We though we had a couple of good possibilities but they fell 
through.  The things we're looking for in the BPS are as follows:

1.  It's nice if it's a club station and the operation has some 
significance to the club (50th anniversary of founding, operation from a 
special place, etc.) but an independent group will do as well.

2.  It needs be a multi-multi operation at the kilowatt level.

3.  It should have better than average antennas.

4.  In short, the BPS should have as high a profile as possible on as many 
bands as possible.

5.  Since last year's BPS was in EPA, it would be nice to have this year's 
in WPA but that's not a hard and fast requirement.
