[PaQSO] PAQWin software moved

The past year has been chock-full of change here (some 
good, some bad).  One of the changes was that my web 
page disappeared, although my provider insists that it 
is there and under my control (sure it is...).

Thanks to a good friend, W3EEE, we have relocated the 
page and software.  He is now hosting it for me at:

http://www.km3d.com

I didn't get much chance to look at program changes, 
but did correct a problem the correction editor had 
with 'zero-hour' time, even though the web page does 
not document the change.

About October - I've got a reservation at the 
S.B.Elliott State Park in Clearfield County, and intend 
to be there (with or without help) for the weekend.  
I'm really looking forward to 'getting away' <grin>
