[PaQSO] New PQP site.

Hi everyone,

I just uploaded my preliminary updates to my PQP site. If you're bored, 
and would like to check it out, here's the link. This is the update to 
the pages, not the scores.

I have a lot of work to do yet, but the basic format is there. I have a 
countdown clock that will be ready to upload in the next week or two, 
as well.   

BTW, this will be the new address for the site. Anybody that goes to 
the old address, will be automatically redirected to the new one.
