Hi,
It's me again.
My comment to Ed (SES), if you don't hold any county
records then I can understand your point.  However,
I totally agree with Blair, and for good reason. I have spent
a lot of time and work in making 12 county records, of 
which I still hold 6. I put in my 10 or 15 percent on CW
to do it. In fact, for several years now I have been toying
with doing all CW from one of the rare counties, but then
there will be a lot of disgruntled SSB Ops that will not
work that county, so I'm dragging my feet.

A week, or so,  ago, there was some talk about 6 meters,
so, I have another suggestion. How about 5 points for
CW Q's on  Meters?
