[PaQSO] "It ain't broke"

I enjoy the PAQSO reflector, especially as contest time approaches. You can 
see plenty of adrenaline flowing, and rightfully so, it's one of the best 
state QSO parties in the country.  The popularity of this contest has grown, 
plenty of participation and some good management by the host club.  I can 
recall chatting with Doug (HDH)  back in the 70's about the enjoyment of 
operating the PA QSO Party.  I won the PA QSO party in 1979 (N3AOT) with 687 
qso's and only 62 sections, which wouldn't be close to a winner in the new 
millennium.  The participation in this contest has been phenominal.  Things 
seem to be working pretty well.
