[PaQSO] Log submission

Good morning all,

I recently received my PaQP rules pamphlet and noticed there is no mention
of log submission via the Internet.  Unless I'm missing something, and
that's certainly possible, I would think that emailing logs would be so much
easier on the logs committee, thought being that it is more convenient
searching for a specific entry in an electronic log than a paper submission.

I certainly realize not everyone has email capabilities however, for those
many that do, why not provide that option?

Don't forget, the CQP is the weekend preceding the PaQP.  Also a very fun
contest and a perfect warm up for the PaQP.  Besides, it helps to advertise
during that contest by saying something along the line of "see you next
weekend in the PaQP".  I do that a lot and more often than not the CA op
replies that they are looking forward to the PaQP.

Anxious as all get out in Pittsburgh.
