[PaQSO] QRP lament from the Midwest

And QRP stations should get bonus points when they have a frequency calling
CQ and get trampled by a QRO station and have to QSY ! :-)

I should get bonus points for trying to work QSOs with my XYL and harmonic
yelling and running around the house.  Talk about trying to pull QSOs out of
QRM....  Everyone deserves bonus points !!!  Hand 'em out to everyone !
We've all got issues...
