[PaQSO] ONE OTHER WAY TO SPICE UP THE SCORING IN PAQP

My comment to N3FR the other day:

"The Pa QSO Party is 90% social gathering and 10% contest."

I'm not saying that's good or bad, just a fact, in my eyes.

If you want to make your participation more like 90% contest and 10%
social, to a large degree you can do that. Witness AA3B and a few others
results, but the majority view it the other way around.

Rules changes could be made to "swing" it around the other way.

Some who prefer the social aspect would probably go away. Other's who
prefer the contest aspect might show up.

There's no right or wrong here.......the NARC makes the decisions and
that's what we live with.

For me, it's great fun and would still be great fun if just about any of
the suggestions posed here were implemented, though I do have a few "pet"
changes I would like to see implemented.
