I've consistently managed to miss Tioga from Lycoming county running CW only
in 02, 01 & 99

Also, this year I missed JEF & POT.  Heard JEF but was unable to chase it
down.  Did not hear POT or TIO.  It's the closest I've ever come to making a
PA sweep on CW.

BTW - Operating cw only in 97, 98, 99 & 01 I really believe this was the
best year yet for getting PA multipliers CW only.

Reason being -- The mobile & rover stations were fantastic!
