It is a two-way street. A lot of stations simply can't
hear us. I lost several q's on Sunday afternoon, when
w3** was on twenty, and he moved to get away from some
qrm. Unfortunately, he moved to the frequency that I
just happened to be running a mini-pileup on.I moved
uo the band, and some of the stations that were
waiting to work me gave him heck....so he moved up the
band....to the same frequency I had just moved to!

Murphy is alive and well, and living in Pennsylvania!

My three-watts goundwave were just NOT gonna be heard
300 miles away on 20 meters.

Personally, I think all of us mobile ops are slightly
off our rockers, anyway!
