Forgot to mention that a sending station can only report a station that 
he/she has worked only once....you can't just keep sending the same list over 
and over to different stations.  So, you have to keep making regular new 
contacts.

I love this feature found in several DX contests and think it would be a lot 
of fun in PAQP as well...(now someone will say "If it ain't broke"...LOL")
