[PaQSO] W3FRC Certificate

I am a little confused. On Oct 10 K3ANS sent an e-mail saying:


Special last minute announcement.

Work W3FRC, the bonus station, on 5 bands, 6 bands, 7 bands, or more and 
you will receive a special certificate for this feat.  No applying, no 
paperwork to fill out... Just work W3FRC on at least 5 bands and you will 
get a handsome certificate for your accomplishment.


On Oct 16 he sent e-mail saying:

K2NJ will be printing a special certificate for those who worked W3FRC on 5
bands in the PA QSO Party.  Send your request via an SASE to Bill Inkrote, 
K2NJ,
911 Route 579, Flemington, NJ 08822, USA.


Do we need to request it or not? If yes, what size SASE envelope?
