[PaQSO] PaQP Multipliers

I operated in the out-of-state category from SNJ this year and really had a 
lot of fun.

However, the one thing I noticed is that by noon on Sunday, I was finding 
very few PA stations that I had not already worked.

I wonder if seperating the multipliers by mode would make the contest more 
exciting and give it more "depth."  For instance, "PHI" could be a muliplier 
on SSB, CW and maybe even PSK 31.   The rule would make the contest more fun 
while also encouraging greater station flexibility.

Just a thought.........
