[PaQSO] My score

Hi All:

This was my first try at a contest in a long time. I was an active VHF =
contester in the 70's but other than field day and the like have not =
done anything but handing out a few points and looking for new countries =
in the DX contests.

As a NARC member I've sponsored a plague for the club member with the =
highest score in the PA QSO party for some time. This year I had a some =
what new tower, and nothing got in the way so I thought to give the =
party a go and see if I could win my own plaque. Well I don't think that =
will happen, but I had a lot of fun and I think a pretty good score.

I worked SSB only and was QRO.

I'm real happy with my performance in the QSO party. For not doing a =
contest for almost 25 years, this is not bad. Too bad I don't have the =
stamina I had in the 70's, I might have done much better.


Thanks to all who worked me and I will try and do it again next year.
