[PaQSO] Electronic logs?

There's no provision for emailing the logs in the rules or on the web site,
but unless there's been a recent change of heart, I don't believe that
emailed entries are being accepted for the contest at this time.

A few years ago, there was some experimenting with this for out of state
logs, but that ended after a year or three.

This has also been discussed here on the reflector from time to time over
the years, and that's always been the answer -- no email, just snail mail
for the logs.

Chuck indicated to me last week that he has some personal matters to attend
to, so you may not get an answer from him for a few days.
