[PaQSO] WAS rules

The WAS rules are posted at http://www.arrl.org/awards/was/. The 5BWAS rules
are included on the application form, which can be downloaded from
http://www.arrl.org/awards/5bwas/. Except for differences about endorsements
and specialty awards, the rules are the same in principle.

WAS Rule #3 says, "Contacts must be made from the same location, or from
locations no two of which are more than 50 miles apart which is affirmed by
signature of the applicant on the application."

I've never heard of a 125-mile rule for WAS/5BWAS. If it existed, it was
before my time (1983 onward).
