[PaQSO] XYL rules

My tnx to all who responded to my mailing. I'm glad to see that there =
are ops in here who are taking the party as just that - a party.
It's been a lot of fun to operate it and here's hoping it will continue =
to be run as a "Friendly" event.

FYI            My favorite reply came from my XYL - "I'LL GIVE YOU SOME =
RULES!"

I think she's caught the spirit of it!
