I am planning on being at W3FRC this weekend for the PAQP and not home
in PHI. After viewing Bud's PowerPoint of the routes of the mobiles, it
appears that there is only 1 going through PHI.

If by Sunday afternoon there is a need for PHI especially on CW, I'll
leave early and drive home and put PHI on for a few hours before the end
of the contest. I'll concentrate on 40 CW.

I spoke a few months ago to John, W3AYT, who lives about a mile from
me. He said then that his time for the contest this year would be
limited due to his work schedule. Add, John said he ONLY works phone.

I spoke to fellow FRCer Joe, W3BYX who lives in PHI. Joe said he would
make more of an effort to get on this year so hopefully PHI will have
some coverage.

I also want to thank Bill, W0RSJ and Dave, WD5BRP who are Pack Rats for
setting up the VHF/UHF stations. These two guys have worked for the
last month setting up a 70ft tower at K3ANS's for the operation. They
finished up this past Sunday. It must be working. Their first contact
on 6 was a PY.

Hope to work you all this weekend. I have ordered 2000 QSLs for the
operation. Anyone who works W3FRC and wants a card send an SASE to my
callbook address. We are planning on being on 1.8. 3.5, 7, 14, 21, 28,
50, 144, and 432 Mhz SSB & CW plus FM on the VHF/UHF bands.
