[PaQSO] WA3SH Update

The WA3SH operation is still a "go" from the Westmoreland/Somerset County
Line.  I understand from Frank KB3FZU, who is heading the team, that it's a
very nice, high site along Laurel Ridge near Route 30.

They will most likely be a Saturday Only operation, and there is a concern
with the weather, since they will not have access to indoor facilities.

There will be some effort to operate 6 Meters, possibly 2 Meters, from the
site.

The group will be monitoring the 146.955 W3SRL (131.8 PL) repeater, so if
anyone is interested in stopping by to kibbitz or help operate, give them a
call.  They should be on location around 10:00 AM on Saturday.
