[PaQSO] Keystone Award

Speaking of awards, I'm glad the Keystone Award was brought up by =
someone other than it's Award Manager (me)!  More details can be =
gathered from the Harrisburg Radio Amateurs' club web site at =
hrac.tripod.com .  It has a long and rich history.

On another subject, often times there are only a couple of us on from =
Dauphin County.  This year that will be even less because I will be in =
Utah on business next weekend.  Talk about luck.  I trust my fellow =
Dauphin County ops will be there to make all those clean sweeps =
possible.
