[PaQSO] PA QSO Party Plans as of 10/4/02

I know everyone is looking at the planned counties coverage from AA3B's
list.

I still plan to be mobile next weekend in PA; no route yet.  However, I
plan to start in Greene county and stay West of Harrisburg - except may
get to Lancaster for a few counties close together.  I hope to finish in
the Northwest counties.

I will email my "planned" county list as soon as I can - right now CQP is
almost starting!

Hope condx will be at least as good as they were in TQP last weekend -
never hear it so good for so long on 20, 15, and 10!
