[PaQSO] PA State Parks

Was carousing around on the internet while listening to two of my vendors
point the finger at each other as to which was causing the telephone outage
that has my Charlotte NC call center out of service.

Came upon KM3D, Harry's site and saw mention of the M/S at R.B. Winter
State Park, and got to wondering how many of the State parks have had the
pleasure of hosting a PA QSO Paraty portable operation.

I have worked from Prince Gallitzin (CMB) and Black Moshannon (CEN).

I know N3FR (then N3IXR) has worked S B Elliot

Ryerson Station state park played host to N3KFB and WB5NLJ (now WE3U)

So that's at least 5 State parks that have seen Pa QSO Party operations.

I found Harry's comments (on his home page) about the antenna being so high
the park ranger did not know it was there. I've never had the guts to not
advise the park office what I was going to be doing. I'm always afraid the
ranger will come by on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and tell me to tear it down
and get out. But they have always been very pleasant and thanked me for
letting them know.

So, any other operations from state parks???
