No.  Majordomo was only for the old software, not the current stuff the
reflector runs on (Mailman)

Have your friend got to www.qth.net, look up the reflector, and sign up that
way.

The PA QSO party web-page lists a "Majordomo" protocol for sign up to the
PAQP reflector.  Since we now use "Mailman", does a new user still sign up
for the reflector using "Majordomo"?  A friend tried the Majordomo
procedure--it doesn't seem to work.
