I agree that we should just leave the party alone. There will always be something that someone does not like and no matter how much you tighten rules there will be those that ciecumvent them and cheat. The important thing is that we keep this one a fun event. Let's just keep this the friendliest qso party there is and have a good time with it.

Anyway, I agree that nothing should be changed with the
format of the party. 
I would concur with making it continuous, but you can only
operate for 22 hours. That would put a lot more work
on NARC committee.
The 3 points for working mobiles might be something 
to consider.
I certainly don't want to see the ending time later than
6pm local time Sunday. That just gives me time to get
my antennas down on the ground while it's still light. Then
I use a small flood-light to allow me to get stuff ready to 
stow. I DO LIKE TO GET HOME SOMETIME MONDAY.
I had both 6 and 2 meters running and not one single
contact. I don't think I'll go to that trouble any more.
The electronic logs would probably be an advantage to
most, when NARC gets the capability. Let's not push them
too hard ! ! ! It would be nice to get the results by January though.
