[PaQSO] changes

 mobile means wheels in motion

i believe that is incorrect, Mobile is that there is no part of the
station touching the ground, meaning the mobile can stop and work
contacts but can not have any antennas or radios or Accessories that are
not part of the car it self. meaning Truly a mobile setup that it can be
moved from place to place without hassle
