[PaQSO] Mobile Scoring

There have been times in the past that I had to send so much paper in to the
contest committee that I Fed-Ex'd the package -- it was actually cheaper
than mailing it, between the weight and the fact that the company I used to
work for got a significant discount, close to 50%.

The solution is obvious, simple, and faces an uphill battle for
implementation. Electronic log submissions in a standard format -- Cabrillo
being the most obvious, ADIF the second. Whether or not the Nittany ARC
Board of Directors will consider that, I don't know, but I wouldn't expect
it in the near future (and I hope I'm wrong)

Hafta ask Doug (HDH) about that!

I've actually had to send my logs in a box on a few occasions!

Hello Mr Grump:

Working 27 counties in the PA QSO Party resulted in having to publish a
small book.

I sent in 44 pages. And, I put the Summary for all the counties I worked
on one Summary
Sheet. I realize this does not meet the stated requirement of a Summary
Sheet for each
County. But, doing that would have then involved a total of 70 pages.

There has to be a better way for mobiles who operate from many counties to
provide their logs.
