[PaQSO] Cheating

To Cliff, WB3IVX, and all other respondees !=20
 Many Amateurs, in Mifflin County and neighboring counties,  have =
endured, silently, the Blasphemy, Insults, Slander, Personal =
Degradation, Filth & Lies of one individual and a few of his cohorts, =
for more than 5 years.  This "Maniacal Tirade" began following the 1997 =
QSO Party, when a certain individual was 2 counties SHORT of fulfilling =
the requirements of the "All 67 Pa. Counties" award.  At the termination =
of "operating time" this individual, in a state of Maniacal Rage,  went =
to the KD3OA, BBS, via Packet, and acquired at random, 2 callsigns - - =
one for Green County, and one for Washington County.  This was done in =
my presence, with my objections noted, and that FRAUDULENT Score Sheet =
was submitted, along with a JVARC Check, to cover the cost of the "67 =
County Plaque".  That Plaque/Award was DENIED, and justifiably so, for =
"Lack of Evidence for Verification", by the then QSO Party Chairman,  =
Doug Maddox, W3HDH !   Thank you, Doug !

Throughout the ensuing 5 years, and as recently as Nov. 1, 2002, this =
same individual is still LIVING in the delusion of THAT LIE, in the form =
of "Bad-Mouthing" Doug Maddox, (and others) on-the-air, (2 meters) as an =
"Incompetant Chairman", i.e. "Doug made a mistake while checking my =
score sheet" !  This individual has been verbally admonished, =
repeatedly, (twice in the same day), by other operators stating: "Doug =
Maddox does not make those types of mistakes", and yet, THE DELUSIONAL =
LIE CONTINUES !

This is only one, of many, scurilous acts of desecration, by this =
individual, upon the Honor, Sanctity & Integrity of  the Amateur Radio =
Community in this area.  I, and the other"victims" of this individual,  =
have chosen to "remain silent", on the air, to avoid adding to the =
"Exploding Road-Rage" on the Amateur Frequencies, as it has been =
described by our Enforcement Officer, Riley Hollingsworth, of the FCC. =
As Riley says: "How can I regulate STUPIDITY" ?=20

We (Amateurs) are, allegedly, a "Self-Policing Community", and, in my =
opinion, some "Policing" is past-due.  I agree with those who say that =
we cannot control the "ethics" of some individuals, however, we do have =
the ability to control the amount of "un-ethical influence" that is =
perpetrated upon Amateur Radio, by un-ethical individuals.  "Lie, Cheat, =
and Steal" has become a "way of life", to this named-type individual, =
and the worst thing that "good people" can do, is to do nothing !

The individual, of whom I speak, spends his life "Cursing the Darkness, =
rather than take time to Light a Candle", in a futile effort at =
"Personal Aggrandizement", and "Wall-Paper & Bragging Rights", even when =
these FALSE ATTIBUTES are based on LIES, CHEATING & DECEPTION !  5 days =
following the 2002 QSO Party, he was still "SOLICITING" sections & =
serial numbers on a local 2 meter repeater !  If/when any score-sheets =
from this individual are "thrown-out" under suspicion of CHEATING, those =
contacts that were made with this individual, or his cohorts, by any =
other station, become null & void !  If cheating of ANY KIND, on the =
part of this individual, is found on his score-sheets for the 2002 QSO =
Party, he should be BARRED from any future participation !  We isolate =
the CRIMINALS from SOCIETY AT LARGE by putting them in prison, so that =
society may persue their own HONORABLE AMBITIONS, free from Harrassment, =
Lies, etc.

Many inquiries have been posted, at this site, concerning the subject of =
which I speak.  The real tragedy lies in the fact that this posting must =
be made at all !  I do, however, take pride in the fact that I chose to =
post it on this site, rather than transmit it on the Amateur =
Frequencies.

I anxiously await the "final scoring" of this 2002 QSO Party, with hopes =
that the "truth will shine thru", as it did in 1997, and, if necessary, =
remedial action will occur to CAST OUT the "virus" that defiles some =
segments of The Amateur Radio Service.

There is an "Old Cliche", i.e. "This whole world is a pack of liars, =
except you and I, and, I'm developing some doubts about you" !
Question:  Is this the future of Amateur Radio ??    "Any GROUP with =
established rules, who does not enforce those rules, is no longer a =
GROUP - - - it is A MOB" !  The only people who "enjoy themselves" =
during MOB RULE, are the members of the MOB !
