[PaQSO] all counties plaques

I'm the one who started all of the questions about the worked all =
counties plaques, so I guess I better let it be known that I also =
received my plaque in the mail today. Having seen some of the plaques =
from a couple of years ago, I was surprised at the design, but favorably =
so. I think they are very attractive, and quite impressive.

Thanks to those who were responsible for having them produced.
