[PaQSO] County Line Stations

For those of us that got scored as County Line Stations there is no
indication in the scoring as to what County lines we were on. I was
sitting both days in my car on the Bedford/Fulton County line and
nobody would know from the scores where I was nor AD3E who was also
scored as County Line. My scores should reflect top score in Fulton
County and 2nd in Bedford County. I was also reclassified as Portable
which to me should be using power or antenna that cannot be driven
away from at any second. I was truly operating mobile where I could
have driven away at any time as I did numerous times for facility breaks.

I guess next year I'll have to find a driver and go entirely mobile or
do a high power Portable operation somewhere or just work from home out
of state.
