ARRL DX Phone and CW contests were lots of fun. We have rough scores of 6.2
million on CW and 7.6 million on SSB, before log editing. Propagation was
super for both, most outstanding for CW on both ends of the spectrum, 160
through 10 meters. European stations were so loud on 160 that we thought
they were USA stations. 10 meters was open 14 hours per day. 15 was open
around 16 hours per day. 20 meters was open for DX 24 hours per day! We
worked over 1000 Japanese during CW. See you in the 2002 PA QSO Party as
W3FRC from K3ANS, the Frankford Radio Club's 75th anniversary and special
bonus station. 73, Bill, K3ANS>>
