[PaQSO] Wrong county!!

The 2001 in-state scores now posted on the web show N3AO as CHE. He was in
DCO, and his entry's cover page clearly says so. He is e-mailing the
sponsors right now to point this out. What's more, his score would be the
county winner. This was not a fun way to start the week at our house, for
