[PaQSO] Changes for PAQSO party OOPS!!!!!

It seems I owe an apology to the group. Looking back to a 1999 final
sheet, (its the only one I can find since I rearranged the shack) , I
see there are single op county awards classified as "c", multi-single
classified as "m". Thinking it over, It wouldn't seem fair to those
mobile unit with limitations for antennas, not to be able to show
something for their efforts they put forth. I know one year, Doug wanted
to do away with the multi single certificates for "ms". I e-mailed him
my displeasure about that, and I got a certificate for that year,. (I
think it was 2000?)
along with another Berks county operator who went out of the county.
Glad to see its no longer like that. I for one am glad there are those
willing to make the expense to do what they do, because it helped me to
work 67 counties a few times.
With that said, as Ann Landers (or Dear Abby?) would say, a 100 lashes
with
a wet noodle! Maybe dump the whole can on me!
Again, My Apologies

Glad to see the reflector so active already
