Since we're in the early planning stages here, thought I'd pass on some of
the preliminary info out of the Wireless Association of South Hills (we'll
be firming these plans up over the next month or two):

(1)  We will be sponsoring the WPA HP SO plaque again this year.

(2)  N3SBF & KB3GMN are making their Clarion Co location available again.
So it looks good for the N3SH crew to be operating from up there.  If the
club decides to pass on Clarion, I may just operate from that location
myself.

(3)  It also looks good for the club's other station, WA3SH, to be operating
from Washington Co again this year.  There are a couple of locations being
looked at (including the fantastic site we used for Field Day).  This may or
may not be a QRP operation.

(4)  Another club member is part owner of a location in Forest County about
25 miles or so away from the Clarion location.  He's checking with his
partners to see if we can use it for the contest.  I don't know yet if he
will be operating from there himself or if he will just make it available
for the club to use.  More info to follow...

(5)  There will apparently be at least one mobile team (N3ZNI & KB3GOT)
running around some of the Western & Central PA counties (itinerary to be
announced).  Haven't heard from any of the other mobile ops yet.

(6)  With a little bit of luck, if I'm not operating as part of one of the
club stations, I will be portable from somewhere in the Clarion / Forest /
Elk / Jefferson neighborhood.  Once some of the other plans are in place
I'll make a better decision.

(7)  Ted W4ZE will be operating from home in Washington Co.
