[PaQSO] VHF Operation

Not being a VHF person, can't make intelligent comments from that
perspective. Mark, N3GNW makes, what seems to me, good point regarding the
propogation issues.

If something like that were tried, I would agree with Hal's suggestion of
April; nice "dead" spot of contest activity.

I'd suggest something like 2 hours? 4 hours at most?

I do have a 2 meter rig, though it hasn't had power applied to it for 2
years or so. I could take the opportunity to blow the cobwebs out.

I have no 6 m capability and I've never tried to make 2 m Q's from my
portable site.

If it gets off the ground, I hereby volunteer to "summarize" the results.
