[PaQSO] KM3D's PAQWin software

Hi Guys,

Well, it took a good cold winter day to set me at it; I've done work on 
both the PAQWin software and my webpage - and even have Sunday afternoon 
to watch the Steelers play.  I hope all the football fans out there enjoy 
the afternoon.  Just think, while you're watching football somebody else 
is plotting and planning their way to a high score in October <grin>

PAQWin VERSION 2.3 CHANGE LOG:

1)  Finally really did fix the export utility to properly direct file 
    copies... it would have been much easier with a 'current' version of 
    Visual Basic.

2)  Straightened out the field order and cross-ref for the data export for
    Logic users.  That export was (thankfully) not working at all and when 
    I got it running it threw 'crap' into my LOGic log.  Thank God for 
    backups!  All has now proved to work well.  If you're a LOGic user and
    would like help with this let me know.

3)  Fixed the (annoying) situation with the QSO number input.  Now the
    backspace key works within the field <grin>.

4)  Now when closing the 'Found Dupe' screen with the 'clear data' button, the
    dupe'd data is cleared from the input fields.

5)  Several cosmetic changes that did not affect program operation
    (just because they annoyed me).
