When I was first licensed as a ham, 1977, I got on HF with a small but
effective directional array. It was called a mini quad and was made by a company in
Erie Pa. That company was bought out and the antennas are now made by TGM
Communications. See : http://www3.sympatico.ca/tgmc/

The antennas are expensive: about 500 bucks but I was wondering if anyone has
had experience with the following model:

or this one: http://www3.sympatico.ca/tgmc/mq-2.html

I am interested in not only the electrical performance but also in dealing
with the company.

Any input would be appreciated ;-)
