The ominous element is that Amateur Radio operators can possibly interfere 
with the BPL services using a tribander and 1.5kw pointed at a power line. What 
do you think will happen? Well, the BPL folks will descend upon Washington 
with a private jet full of lawyers. They will demand that the FCC curtail the 
operations of interfering radio transmitters. Guess who that is!
