WASHINGTON-A federal appeals court here rejected  the latest challenge to the 
Federal Communications Commission's radio frequency  radiation standard for 
mobile phones and base stations. 
In 2001, the EMR  Network-pointing to new research-petitioned the FCC to 
re-examine whether to  revise its regulations to address non-thermal effects of RF 
radiation from  wireless facilities and  products.
