If the noise remains, it is most likely not your problem.  Some
household electronic items such as VCR's, clocks, computer UPS's,
etc., have backup batteries in them that keep an oscillator going that
will still radiate RFI.  After turning off the main breaker, check any
electronics in the house to make sure they're not still radiating.
