There was some flooding this week in Wyoming Co Pa.

 Wilkes Barre sent their emergency communications unit to the county EOC. The 
operator, Bill Harding, KA3QPQ, was able to relay damage reports from where 
he was set up to the Pa Emergency Management Agency in Harrisburg via the 
state's 800 mhz system.
