For anyone looking for DC power cables or connector parts to make you own, I
received this from W7JV, Kuni Okuma, at Comtek. He is an ex-Icom tech who=20
repairs
Icom radios faster and more reasonably than Icom, and he communicates with h=

customers promptly.

DC power cable for 706 is OPC-025D.
OPC-025A is DC power cable for IC-746, 756, 751 etc.
Icom sells this cable for around $15 or so.
This can also be used for 706 series radios.

If you like to assemble by yourself buying connector housing, pins, you can
do this way too.
Connector housing is LLP-06 parts # is 6510003770 ($1.22).
Pins areLLF61T-2.0 parts # is 6510003790 ($0.29 each).
