[Pactor] Pactor BBSs?

Hi John,

Participating in Winlink 2000 and running a PMBO, listed or not, gives you a great tool for emergency communications.
I don't know wether or not it is allowed in the UK to run an automatic unmanned HF station  which can and will be used for third party traffic.
